Spirit Woman Gathering - Expedition to the Secret Kundalini Temple
Spirit Woman Gathering
Expedition to the Secret Kundalini Temple
I invite you to the Secret Temple of Kundalini
and a meeting with the Guide of the Lake of Frequencies - Karina Ska,
a yogi healer, who has been exploring ancient practices of yoga,
sound therapy and self-development,
and believes in the Kundalini Yoga trend according to Yogi Bhajan.
During our spiritual journey,
I will lead 3 morning Kundalini Sadhanas,
beloved by healers who transform their self
by expanding consciousness and raising vibration.
I will take us to the secret Kundalini Temple,
where we will spend several mornings in magical vibration
to awaken the power and creative energy of Shakti
and deepen the natural flow of divine feminine light.
This practice will trigger an internal transformation process in each of us.
Contemplating the chakra spaces and reaching their blocked,
forgotten places requires concentration.
In this dimension, mantras, mudras and kriyas have a healing effect.
They allow us to look at places hidden deep within us that need transformation
and open up new, cleansed perceptions that vibrate with freshness,
allowing us to see and feel in more subtle shades.
Softness, breath and relaxation are the key to renewing the chakra space,
allowing us to abandon fears and open to natural flow,
and listening to the melodies of mantras
will allow us to find answers to our intentions flowing from the heart.
Morning Sadhana is a spiritual expedition for the creators of the new era,
seekers of experiences of beauty contained both in our bodily temples
and in the universe surrounding us, open to energy harmonization of chakras
and tuning to the vibrations of the earth.
